Mindset’s team is highly experienced in support for inspection, quality assurance procedures and employer engagement. Our core team of twelve freelance senior consultants is quality assured and led by a full time senior manager. A wider network of around twenty associate consultants supports the team.

Training
Direct training and support for managers and practitioners
We provide training in many aspects of the learning cycle, and a full programme of support and assessment leading to qualifications based on the UK national occupation standards for learning and development.
Over the past five years we have successfully delivered key skills qualifications to over 200 staff in provider organisations. Recent developments include a popular and well received series of 18 workshops, with supporting materials that cover best practice in teaching, learning and management. We have a close association with Network Training and contribute to many of their national events and conferences.
Mindset has full centre approval with Edexcel and City & Guilds to deliver key skills qualifications to level 4 and the full suite of learning and development NVQ units.
