Associate Consultants
Mindset is a leading supplier of consultancy, training and resources to the work-based learning sector. We're growing fast, so we want expand our list of associate consultants.
Mindset currently has a small, highly expert team of associate consultants with extensive experience in post-16 learning. We want to expand the team, so we're interested in people with a track record in work-based learning, inspection and training. You will be supporting providers and LSCs, so you'll need to be confident and knowledgeable about post-16 learning. We are proud of our associates and we're keen to offer those who join our team the chance to develop their expertise still further.
Senior manager - Product Development and support
Broadly speaking, you will be performing three roles within the company. Firstly, you will have a very hands-on role within the development team, ensuring the smooth running of each project. You will be responsible for monitoring the budget, weekly contact reports and ensuring that the project adheres to quality control systems.
Your second role will be building up relationships and supporting our customers. This starts with understanding their needs and technical infrastructure and providing technical support and advice on installation and configuration.
Your third role will be to manage the development of our hosted services. This is a new product and will involve working with the Sales Manager and the software development team to define the products, specify the services, content, suppliers and infrastructure for delivery.
Senior Manager - Sales
We are looking for a experienced sales professional to help us market our established and new lines & build up our sales of a flagship software e-learning product.
The salesperson will be responsible for generating sales of Mindset products in our key markets, developing a database of sales leads and managing the company’s relationship with our customers.
